Above is my final illustration from second year and my final illustration from this year. As you can see there is a big difference to my style of illustrating. I feel that this assignment has been a great benefit to my illustrative style. I really liked how I had to pick two illustrators that I liked and combine them. I can see some similarities between my second year work and this years work. Both of these illustrations are simple in style but this year's illustration has much better facial features than before. Before this assignment I found facial features really hard to incorporate into my fashion illustrations as the faces were always so small. However after doing the deconstruction work this year I was able to add in detailed facial features in my illustration. Looking back at my second year work I think it looks really basic and I don't really like it, especially when I compare it to this year's work.
